At Hand Crafted trading as Small Batch Cocktails, we take pride in delivering your orders promptly and in great condition.

We offer shipping to the UK and Europe. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed before 10:30 AM will be dispatched the same day in most cases however it may take upto 24hrs , while orders placed after 10:30 AM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed for Friday dispatch will be delayed and dispatched Monday and upgraded to next day delivery! This is to ensure the drinks are not sat in a DPD warehouse all weekend as Saturday delivery is not always guaranteed.

We take care to package your items securely and use a tracked delivery service to ensure your order arrives safely.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:

  • Qualifying orders must have a total invoice value of £50 or more.
  • The delivery location must be within the UK standard rate price zones of our courier.
  • Orders for export outside the UK or deliveries to high-cost UK courier zones will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Scottish Highlands postcodes, other remote areas, and most UK offshore postcodes do not qualify for free shipping.
  • This offer does not apply to other promotional offers on the website.

Delivery Options and Fees:

  • Standard Delivery (£4.99): Place your order on our website before 10:30 AM Monday to Friday to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (not guaranteed) via courier (EVRI). They may leave your package with a neighbor if you are not home. If they cannot deliver, they will leave a card indicating the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Delivery to Ireland and the Highlands can possibly take upto 5-7 working days however we aim to have them with you much sooner.

  • Next Working Day Delivery (£6.99): Place your order on our website before 10:30 AM Monday to Thursday to receive your parcel the next working day (not guaranteed) via courier (DPD). This service is not available for Scottish Highlands/Islands/Ireland.

Liability and Theft:

  • We are not responsible for completed deliveries that are not received due to failure to take possession of the goods.
  • We deliver to an address, not an individual, so if you share an address with others, please be aware that they may receive your order.
  • If a delivery is modified in anyway from the customer or from ourselves under the instructions of a customer the customer takes all liability for the goods in transit, this is purely due to DPD do not insure modified deliveries or deliveries left in safe places. 

  • If a customer changes or modifies the delivery address we also can not search this as the details have changed. 

Impact of Acts of God:

  • We cannot guarantee next-day delivery in the case of extreme weather or other acts of nature that delay or destroy the consignment, as these are circumstances beyond our or our courier's control.

Helpful Information:

  • Please provide as much address information as possible, including a phone number that is easily accessible to both our staff and the courier driver.
  • The date selected at checkout is the date of dispatch, excluding weekends, which will be dispatched on the following working day.

Cards for Missed Deliveries:

  • If you receive a card indicating missed delivery, you must contact the courier within 5 working days or the delivery will be considered refused and you may incur redelivery charges.
  • If your parcel has not arrived and you have not received a card, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Addresses:

  • If you provide an incorrect address, a fee may be charged by the courier to change the address for delivery.
  • We will pass on this fee to you.

Damaged Goods:

  • Do not accept deliveries that are visibly damaged.
  • If you refuse to accept damaged goods, they will be returned to us, and we will send a replacement to you.
  • If you have accepted the goods but they are damaged, please inform us promptly and retain all packaging.
  • We may request a photo of the packaging and damaged items or ask for the damaged goods to be returned for inspection.
